About the study
The National Urban Poverty Reduction Programme (NUPRP) is one of the largest urban poverty initiatives in Bangladesh. HDRC serves as the research partner responsible for methodology design and the implementation of the baseline survey, longitudinal outcome monitoring, and impact evaluation of the programme.
The engagement covers large-scale primary quantitative data collection across urban settlements, complemented by qualitative information gathering — providing insight into how low-income urban households live, think and make decisions.
